Rachel Welch is a ceramic and fiber artist based in Lisbon, Portugal. She creates ceramic pieces using stoneware and her own ceramic glazes, and knits pieces in all shapes, sizes and materials.

Rachel specializes in pieces designed for everyday use, adding beauty and comfort to quotidian routines. She believes in finding beauty in imperfection and embracing the “happy accidents” that are part of the creative process.

Rachel began knitting in 2002, and has been practicing ceramics since 2024. She is now taking comissions and is happy to work with you to create the perfect, one-of-a-kind gift, home accent or bit of beauty for yourself.
